How It Works

At xpedra, our air freight process works in five simple steps: First, you request a quote or book online with your shipment details—weight, dimensions, origin, and destination. Second, we handle all export customs clearance and documentation, including the Air Waybill (AWB). Third, we truck your cargo to the origin airport, where it is screened, consolidated into aircraft-compatible containers, and loaded onto the next available flight. Fourth, during transit, our real-time tracking system provides live updates on location, flight status, and estimated arrival. Finally, at the destination airport, we clear import customs and arrange last-mile truck delivery straight to your consignee's door—with proof of delivery captured digitally.
